I rarely leave negative feedback, but I feel it is important to share my experience regarding the service we received.

My party of six adults and an infant arrived and were advised that a table was not immediately available. We were informed that a specific table, currently occupied by another group nearing the end of their meal, would be prepared for us next. We were instructed to wait, with the clear understanding that we were next in line for that seating.

When the table became vacant, the staff instead directed it to a different party that had arrived after us. When I addressed this with the individual at the counter, there was no attempt to rectify the oversight or honor the prior commitment made to our group.

As a result, we felt it was best to depart. I am disappointed, as this situation could have been managed much more effectively with better communication and adherence to a fair waitlist process. Because of this lack of professional consistency, I will not be returning, nor would I feel comfortable recommending this establishment to others.

Great friendly service and a plethora of flavor options for soya chops! We had the chur chur chaap because I like mine on the dry side and the description said crispy. While it was not crispy at all, the flavor was great. Rumali roti is a must when eating soya. My wife had the pani puri which was a little lackluster but hey stick to what the place is named after and you cant go wrong!

Visited Punjabi Chaap with my husband and had an amazing experience! My husband is a big Punjabi food lover, and he especially loved the Rogan Josh Curry. We also tried the Malai Chaap, Kurkure Momos, Keema Kulcha, Paneer Sizzler, Chaap Biryani, and Butter Masala—everything was delicious. The Badam Halwa at the end was pure heaven. Definitely worth a visit!

The chaap here is incredible. Everything tastes fresh, the staff was sweet, the portions are generous, and the chutney ties it all together perfectly. Definitely a must‑try for chaap lovers.

First time visiting and it was a really pleasant experience! I had never tried chaap before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The texture reminded me a bit of chicken sausage, but with its own unique flavor. It’s definitely filling and packed with protein.

We ordered the Tawa Chaap and the Amritsari Chaap - both were flavorful and distinct in their own way. The gravies were rich, well-seasoned, and full of flavor.

Great spot for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians who want to try something meatless but still crave that hearty, satisfying taste. Would definitely come back!

This was our first visit to this exceptional place, and it truly exceeded expectations! I’ve been in NJ for 3 years, and this place beats them all hands down. We tried the Malai Chaap, Butter Masala Chaap, Garlic Naan, Butterscotch Shake, and Bhalla Papdi — every single dish was a perfect 10/10.

The owner was incredibly polite and took the time to make thoughtful recommendations (even suggesting we not overorder — which we appreciated!). It was my son’s birthday, and this visit made the day extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Went to satisfy my cravings and it didn’t disappoint us at all. Restaurant is neat. We ordered Amritsari chaap, kurkure momos and steamed momos. Cashier was so helpful, she guided us what is good and her recommendation of trying chai was the best. After all this evening tea was the best. Definitely will be back.
